I’ve maintained a solid 104 lbs since my last update, meaning I haven’t gained any extra pounds. However, I do feel better, overall. I recently started taking new multivitamin supplements as well as biotin for skin, hair & nails.
I’ve been eating a whole lot more but I’ve come to the conclusion that a regular eating pattern is just not for me… As long as I eat adequate rations for each meal, I don’t get hungry & I think that’ll be okay for me. I mean, is there a rule that says you must eat at a particular time of day & have meals within certain hours of each other?
